Act 2 GENTLENESS - Where Love Flows

The concert brings together André López and Wagner Tiso in this Act conceived for piano and voice, which had two performances in June 2019 in Porto Alegre, with a live recording.

In that same year, Wagner Tiso celebrated his 60-year career, being considered one of the greatest Brazilian musicians.

The repertoire consists of twelve songs that share common themes: deep, unconditional and full love, water, a recurring and current subject: tears, sea, the fluids of love, childbirth.

Wagner's arrangements harmonize the repertoire, which includes classical arias, folk, MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), world music, and others, creating a musical universe of their own.

"We work to demystify rhythms and sounds,

using tones and rhythms that recall the purest form of music.

With the precision of Wagner Tiso's arrangements,

the result is a product of unique craftsmanship

that meets our main objective: to 'popularize' the classical

and 'classicalize' the pop, in a very simplistic way",

says producer Alexandre S Machado.
